Tina Turner - River Deep, Mountain High (1966 Phil Spector version)

This is the 1966 original version that Tina Turner recorded with Phil Spector. Ike was not at all involved in this recording, despite his name being credited. That was the deal Phil made with Ike on the condition he stayed away. Phil wanted Tina to sing naturally, not screaming the way Ike wanted her to do on their recordings.
